Harald Ulsten is an experienced professional in the field of railway technology and digitalization, currently serving as the CEO and Manager of Digitalisation and Projects at CEMIT since April 2020. Prior to this role, Harald Ulsten spent over two decades at Bane NOR, holding positions including Systemforvalter TMS and Project Manager for Traffic Control Centres from May 1998 to April 2020. Earlier experience includes roles as Project Engineer in SCADA and traffic control, Project Manager, and System Administrator at Bombardier Transportation from July 1994 to May 1998. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Railway Technology - Signal from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), an engineering degree in automation from Sør-Trøndelag University College (HiST), and an engineering degree in electronics from Hærens Tekniske Fagskole/Elektronikk.
