Tracy Kong 江青芸

Tracy Kong has extensive work experience in marketing and management roles. Tracy most recently served as the Head of Marketing, APAC at Stratus Technologies since 2018. Prior to that, they worked as the Field Marketing Manager - ASEAN & Korea at Qlik from 2017 to 2018, where they successfully executed lead generation campaigns and achieved marketing targets. Tracy also held positions at Blue Coat Systems as a Senior Marketing Manager, ASEAN from 2009 to 2016, and at arvato systems Singapore Pte Ltd as a Marketing Manager, Asia Pacific in 2009. Tracy further gained experience as a Senior Marketing Manager, ASEAN at Red Hat from 2007 to 2008 and as a Manager at CA from 2000 to 2007, where they developed marketing strategies and oversaw public relations activities. Tracy began their career as a Facilities Producer at Caldecott Productions International in 1999.

Tracy Kong 江青芸 has a diverse education history, starting with their GCE O Levels at CHIJ Toa Payoh from 1989 to 1992. Tracy then pursued a Diploma in Information Technology from Temasek Polytechnic, where they studied from 1993 to 1996. Following this, Tracy completed a BA in Communication Studies at the University of South Australia from 1997 to 1998.

To further enhance their skills, Tracy obtained a Diploma in Public Relations & Mass Communication from the Institute of Public Relations of Singapore in 2001-2002. Additionally, they have acquired several certifications from LinkedIn, including "Ideation for Marketers," "How to Speak So People Want to Listen," "The 3-Minute Rule: Say Less to Get More," "Communicating with Diplomacy and Tact," "Overcome Overthinking," "Scrum: The Basics," "Unconscious Bias," "Advanced Content Marketing," "Metaverse and NFTs for Marketing," "Navigating Environmental Sustainability: A Guide for Leaders," "Sleep Is Your Superpower," "Visual Storytelling in PowerPoint," "High-Stakes Communication," "Shane Snow on Storytelling," and "Content Marketing: Social Media." These certifications were obtained between 2018 and 2023.
