CEMS is built around the philosophy of a holistic, collaborative, and integrated approach bringing together all the necessary disciplines from the beginning to the end of a successful Project. We have extensive experience in providing innovative "turnkey" design services for Federal, State, and Municipal clients, as well as a broad range of private sector partners.

Through the years, we have been able to deliver cost-effective solutions, while remaining attentive and focused on client needs, resulting in a proven track record respected throughout the industry and region. The common thread running through all of our work is service to the client. We are listeners who want to participate in a team approach to each project. Our focus is on thoroughness and attention to detail. We have many clients return to us for subsequent projects. We are proud of those repeat clients, as they indicate to us their satisfaction with our services.

We are a team of architects, engineers, and other professionals who are dedicated to making a difference. We are passionate about our work, inspired by our clients, and committed to shaping a better world through integrated sustainable design. We believe that the best designs arise from a collaborative journey of discovery with our clients that reveal insights and spurs innovation.

After years of building upon that philosophy, we are one of the few full-service firms in the area, classified as Small Business that hosts a cohesive staff. Through the years, we have been able to deliver cost-effective solutions, while remaining attentive and focused on client needs, resulting in a proven track record respected throughout the industry and region.
