Jeevan Sandhu is the founder and CEO of CEMtics, a company focused on making the complex insightful by leveraging machine learning, big data technologies, and network management and optimization expertise to create custom use cases for wireless service providers that improve customer experience; CEMtics has offices in Seattle and a global delivery center in Gurgaon. They led the national network planning, performance and solutions team at T-Mobile from 2005 to 2011, including the creation of an end-to-end capacity planning tool and a customer-experience–driven performance metric.
