Previous roles include Senior Director of Human Capital at Xcenda and HR leadership positions at Lash Group, Satellite Healthcare, Atlantic Mutual, Catholic Charities CYO, California State Automobile Association, and WCIRB of California. Jay holds an MBA in Human Resources from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Mississippi.
