Jerry Amole

Jerry Amole is a seasoned HR professional with over a decade of experience in human resources technology and management. Currently serving as a Senior HR Technology Manager at AmerisourceBergen since December 2012, Jerry leads a team focused on delivering technology-based solutions in talent acquisition and compensation, while also optimizing the company's HR intranet using Microsoft SharePoint and Akumina. Previous roles include HRIS Manager and HRIS Analyst at AmerisourceBergen, as well as HR Consultant and HR Analyst at Unisys, and Benefits Coordinator at Physiotherapy Associates, Inc. Jerry holds an M.B.A. from Villanova University and a B.S. in Human Resources from the University of Scranton.
