Toby Carpenter

Toby Carpenter is an accomplished Human Resources leader with extensive experience across major organizations in the healthcare and retail sectors. Currently serving as Regional Human Resources Director at AmerisourceBergen since June 2021, Toby previously held similar roles at Walgreens Boots Alliance and Alliance Healthcare, where Toby led HR initiatives across various countries and supported significant workforce management efforts. Prior to that, Toby was HR Director at Kingfisher plc, enhancing employee engagement and leadership strategies. Earlier career roles included HR positions at B&Q and McDonald's, where Toby demonstrated a strong ability to reduce turnover and implement effective HR practices.
