Brian Dowd

Brian Dowd has over 25 years of experience in account management and client services within the hospitality and travel industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Account Management at Pegasus since January 2006, Brian oversees a team focused on client relationships across various service lines in the UK, Ireland, and Europe. Prior roles at Pegasus include Regional Director positions for Client Services and Revenue Generation, emphasizing client management, revenue growth, and retention. Brian began the career at Pegasus Solutions in 1999 as a Strategic Account Director and has held roles ranging from Account Manager to Operations Account Manager. Prior to Pegasus, Brian worked at Rezolutions and Anasazi Travel Resources in account management and training positions. Brian holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Arizona State University.
