Donna Jackson

Donna Jackson serves as the Senior Vice President of Customer Services & Support at Cendyn since January 2022, having previously held the role of Vice President in the same department. Donna is also the Founder of Rio Verde Animal Rescue, a position maintained since 2013. Prior experience includes serving as SVP Operations at Pegasus Solutions from February 2018 to January 2022 and as Vice President of Customer Support from May 2015 to February 2018. Donna's tenure at Pegasus Solutions further includes roles as VP of Professional Services US, Senior Director of Business Analysis and Quality Assurance, and Senior Director of Support Services from December 2002 to April 2015. Earlier professional experience includes the position of Service Delivery Manager at Anasazi Inc from 1992 to 1998.
