Hardik Dave

Hardik Dave has a diverse work experience in the field of software development and technology. Hardik began their career at Babaria Institute of Technology as a Lecturer from July 2006 to November 2007. Later, they worked as a Research Assistant-Web Developer at Florida International University from January 2008 to April 2009. Hardik then joined Cendyn in November 2009 as a Software Engineer and gradually moved up the ladder, taking on roles such as Sr. Software Engineer, Manager CRM, Software Engineer, Director of Data Warehousing & Product Development, and finally, Sr. Director of Software Development. Hardik'sexperience at Cendyn included working on their integrated technology platform for driving sales and marketing performance in the hospitality industry.

Hardik Dave completed their education in the field of Computer Science and Computer Engineering. Hardik obtained a Masters degree in Computer Science from Florida International University in 2009. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Engineering from South Gujarat University between 2003 and 2006. Hardik also holds a Diploma in Computer Engineering from Technical Examination Board, which they achieved from 2000 to 2003.

In addition to their formal education, Hardik Dave has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. In 2023, they completed two courses, "Communication Skills for Modern Management" and "Management Foundations," offered by LinkedIn. In 2021, they obtained the "Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®)" certification from Scrum Alliance. Hardik also holds multiple Microsoft certifications, including "Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals," "Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals," and "Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate," all earned in July and August of 2021.
