Krystal Ramirez

Krystal Ramirez began their work experience in 2017 as a Recruiter at Insight Global. Krystal then joined Cendyn in 2017 as a CRM Product Coordinator and later moved up to become a CRM Product Service Manager. In 2020, they took on the role of Senior Account Manager before transitioning to Associate Director, Customer Experience in 2020. Currently, Krystal holds the position of Director of Business Solutions at Cendyn, starting in October 2021.

Krystal Ramirez graduated from Florida Atlantic University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication and Media Studies. In 2016, they also obtained an EFSET English Certificate from EF Education First, with a score of 71/100, indicating proficiency (CEFR C2).
