Vipul Tanwar has a diverse work experience history. Vipul started their career as a Management Trainee at The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group, where they gained knowledge and experience in various departments. Vipul then transitioned to a Corporate Sales Executive role, where they successfully managed and developed relationships with corporate clients.

After that, they joined Travelguru as an Assistant Manager-Business Development, where they focused on managing TMCs, Travel agents, and direct affiliate clients. Vipul provided performance analysis and implemented solutions to improve sales and revenue.

Vipul then moved to Carlson Wagonlit Travel as a Market Manager, where they defined and implemented go-to-market strategies and managed relationships with partners to increase profitability. Vipul continued this role at RoomIt by CWT, where they also achieved budgeted revenue and yield targets through effective negotiations and relationship management with global hotel and aggregator partners. Additionally, they executed and managed global hotel RFPs.

Their experience in hotel solutions and relationship management continued at HRS Group, where they served as the Director of Hotel Solutions. Vipul contributed to supplier revenue and managed contracts with hotels in the APAC & MEA markets.

Currently, Vipul is working as the Director of Customer Experience at Cendyn.

Vipul Tanwar has a diverse educational background spanning several fields. Vipul began their education at IHM Lucknow, where they earned a B.Sc. degree in Hospitality and hotel administration from 2007 to 2010. Vipul then pursued a postgraduate degree in International Business from Symbiosis University from 2010 to 2012. In 2018, Vipul enrolled at Indira Gandhi National Open University and completed a Master's degree in Tourism & Travel Management, focusing on Tourism and Travel Services Management between 2018 and 2021. Their latest educational endeavor was at the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, where they participated in the Integrated Program in Business Analytics for Data Science & Business Analytics in 2021.
