Jeff Leonard has extensive experience in performance engineering and reliability, beginning with a role as a Reliability Engineer at Memorex Telex from February 1988 to September 1996, where responsibilities included reliability engineering, component engineering, quality assurance, and the development of a Windows-based lab tracking system. From November 1996 to May 2003, Jeff served as a Performance Engineer at MCI, focusing on performance testing for a J2EE application. Following this, Jeff took on the role of Performance Engineer Lead at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina in May 2003, creating a Performance, Volume, and Stress Testing practice utilizing HP Mercury LoadRunner and other protocols. Since June 2017, Jeff has been a Senior Performance QA Engineer at Cengage and briefly worked as a Performance Architect at Zenergy Technologies. Jeff holds a degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Purdue University and an Associate of Applied Science in Electronics and Computer Technology from Ivy Tech Community College.
