Jenn Baker

Jenn Baker has over 25 years of marketing experience, currently serving as Vice President of Marketing Campaign Services at Cengage since 2007. In this role, Jenn drives the strategy and operations for all Strategic Marketing Services, encompassing live and virtual events, creative design and content, as well as marketing business systems and analytics. Prior to Cengage, Jenn was the Director of Marketing for Health Care, Skills & Trades at Thomson Delmar Learning from April 1997 to December 2007. Educational achievements include an MBA with a concentration in Marketing from the University at Albany (2001-2004) and a B.A. in English and Psychology from the same institution (1986-1990).
