Joe Marcelle is a seasoned publishing consultant and contractor with extensive experience in sales and marketing leadership. They served as Managing Director at both NETg International and Thomson NETg from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they held the position of President at PH Europe from 1994 to 1997 and were a VP of Sales & Marketing at Macmillan Publishing from 1988 to 1993.
