Ryan Dowd

Ryan Dowd is a seasoned talent development professional with extensive experience in leadership training, curriculum design, and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Cengage Group since January 2017, Ryan has built various professional development frameworks, including the Leadership Foundations Workshop Curriculum and the WiT Leadership Development Program. Prior roles at Cengage Group include Manager of Talent Development, where achievements encompass the creation of the Manager Acceleration Program and overseeing learning management systems. Previous experience includes significant positions at Apple, where Ryan managed technical support teams and developed training programs, and John Wiley and Sons, leading eBook initiatives. Ryan is also a co-founder and guitarist for the band Stemwinder and was involved in music projects such as Dancin' Randy's Ska Punk Time Machine, enhancing involvement in both the corporate and creative fields. Ryan holds a degree from Berklee College of Music.
