Marko Božac

Marko Božac has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Marko started their career as an Associate in the Online Communication Department at the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Croatia, where they managed the digital identity of the Croatian Government, updated the website, and managed social media channels. Marko then moved on to Financijski Klub, where they served as President and was responsible for marketing, sponsors, and projects. At Infinum, they worked as a Quality Assurance professional, leading efforts to improve software quality. Later, at Madison Consulting, they served as a Junior Digital Communications Consultant. Currently, they are working at Cenosco as an Operations Manager, responsible for project delivery, process implementation, and team coaching in implementing the scrum framework for effective team collaboration in the oil and gas industry.
