Implementation Engineer at Cenosco

Matej Renic has diverse work experience in various fields. Matej started their career as a Drilling Rig & Safety Summer Trainee at Crosco in 2009. Matej later worked as a Production Engineering Intern at INA-Industrija nafte, d.d. in 2014. Matej then joined the Society of Petroleum Engineers as an Administrative Secretary for their student chapter in 2013. Matej subsequently returned to INA-Industrija nafte, d.d. and worked as a Production Engineer Trainee and an Oil Well Technology Engineer 2 from 2014 to 2018. During this time, they gained experience in oil well technology and production engineering. In 2018, Matej joined dSPACE engineering d.o.o. as a Software Tester, where they were involved in the documentation and testing of software tools for control prototyping and HIL. Most recently, they started working as an Implementation Engineer at Cenosco in November 2021.

Matej Renic holds a Master's degree and Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Zagreb/Sveuciliste u Zagrebu. Matej obtained their Master's degree from 2012 to 2014 and their Bachelor's degree from 2006 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, Matej Renic has acquired several certifications in areas such as Gas Lift, Production Chemistry, Artificial Lift Methods, Artificial Lift Systems, and Performance Analysis, Prediction, and Optimization Using NODAL Analysis. These certifications were obtained from institutions such as iSQI GmbH, PetroSkills, and IHRDC, with different dates ranging from 2016 to 2019.
