Jays Chandy is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience spanning multiple industries. Currently serving as the Chief People Officer at CensaNext since November 2022, Jays is involved in developing a comprehensive tech stack for the food economy. Prior roles include CHRO at Conneqt Business Solutions, where responsibilities encompassed overall people strategy, talent development, and fostering a performance-oriented culture. As Vice President of HR for Quess Corp Limited, Jays managed HR for the Technology and Internet sectors. Other significant positions include HR Consultant, Senior Vice President & Head of Human Resources at Cleartrip.com, and various leadership roles at Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd., MindTree Limited, and Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces. Jays holds an M.Tech in Human Resources from the Indian Institute of Science and a B.Tech in Electronics & Communication from Mahatma Gandhi University.
