Jon Ellis has over 20 years of experience in the technology field. Jon began their career in 1996 as a Principal Consultant at PCGI. In 1999, Jon moved to Navisite as a Consultant for the Applications Support Group and Customer Care Group. In 2000, they were a Consultant at Putnam Investments in the Investment Systems Division. In 2001, Jon was a Solutions Architect at Experion Systems. From 2002 to 2005, they were a Solutions Architect at Avaki Corporation, which was acquired by Sybase. From 2005 to 2007, Jon worked at MetaMatrix, which was acquired by Red Hat, as a Solutions Architect. In 2007, they were a Consultant at JBoss/Red Hat. From 2008 to 2012, Jon was an Engagement Manager at Hewlett-Packard. Jon then moved to Imprivata as a Principal Cloud Operations Architect / Sustaining Engineering Lead and Manager Cortext Customer Services. Since 2018, Jon has been the Director of Customer Success Management at Censinet.

Jon Ellis attended Fitchburg State University from 1981 to 1985, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
