Mike Matthews

Mike Matthews has held various positions in the sales and financial industries since 2011. Mike began their career at Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Manager, where they were responsible for assisting in daily operations of the branch, monitoring hours of each employee, preparing weekly financial reports, addressing customer service issues, and conducting part time employee interviews. In 2014, they joined Centage as a Solutions Engineer, where they scoped client's needs, developed project plans to best implement and consult on the software, provided on-going support, and maintained detailed records in salesforce. Mike was later promoted to Senior Solutions Engineer, Principal Solutions Engineer, Manager of Sales Solutions Engineers, and Director of Presales & Sales Enablement. In these roles, they developed sales strategies, coached other SEs, built sales/presales processes, provided knowledge transfer and mentorship to other team members, and worked with Sales Executives in all phases of the sales cycle. Mike also supported the development of sales strategies for accounts, drove the discovery of clients' issues, prepared and delivered sales presentations and demonstrations, developed value propositions, and prepared and presented written and verbal proposals.

Mike Matthews attended Boston Latin Academy from 2001 to 2007, where they earned their high school degree. Mike then went on to Westfield State University from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a B.A in Finance and a B.S in Economics.
