Daniel Matthews has a diverse work experience starting from 2012. Daniel began their career as an Intern at Bridge Group Services. In 2013, they worked as a Systems Intern at Consentus Solutions LLC, where they conducted software and application research and assisted the Senior Engineer in researching Oracle errors.

In 2014, Daniel served as a Program Support Intern at AECOM, where they monitored system health, configured firewall rules, and designed and configured a sandbox server.
