Dawn Carter has extensive experience in health policy and regulatory affairs, having served as the Senior Director at Centauri Health Solutions, Inc. from October 2015 to February 2025, where responsibility included ensuring compliance with federal and state laws and leading cross-functional teams for process reviews. Previously, as the Director of Product Strategy at Centauri, Dawn focused on developing innovative product strategies in risk adjustment compliance for various health plan programs. Dawn also operates as an Independent Consultant since October 2011, advising private equity investors on risk adjustment and revenue cycle management while providing strategic insights into healthcare policy trends through affiliations with top networks. Prior roles include Director of Product Analysis at Edifecs and Product Manager at Verisk Health, where Dawn led product development and market introductions. Academically, Dawn is pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration - Healthcare Management from Liberty University, holding two Master's degrees in Health Care Administration/Management from the same institution.
