Michael Wu began their work experience in 2009 as an Incident Help Desk Technician at HP Enterprise Services. Michael provided first contact support for Windows XP-based workstations and laptops, ensuring proper call handling, ticket logging, and resolution processes. In 2010, they became a Remote Desktop Management Technician, providing remote desktop support for OnStar and GM engineering clients. Michael also handled user account administration and documented escalated calls and tickets.

In 2011, Michael Wu joined Renal Advantage Inc. as a Support Desk Technician, remotely troubleshooting various devices and providing first-level support for business and clinical applications. In 2013, they were promoted to the role of Data Developer at naviHealth, Inc., where they developed SQL stored procedures, worked closely with different departments to meet reporting needs, and deployed ETL packages using SSIS. Michael then became the Manager of Applications, leading a team of SQL developers, business analysts, and QA analysts in supporting emergent business needs.

In 2015, Michael Wu joined Healthways as a Business Intelligence Developer, providing database administrative support for Microsoft SQL Server and APS environments. Michael also developed, configured, and monitored alerts using native SQL tools and SQL Sentry, as well as coordinated with vendors and onsite support to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Michael continued their career at Centauri Health Solutions, Inc. in 2016 as a Senior SQL Developer.

From 2004 to 2008, Michael Wu attended Michigan State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Telecommunications, Information Studies, and Media.
