Ej Weldon

EJ Weldon has a diverse work experience, starting as a Senior Advance Representative at the U.S. Department of Energy from 2003 to 2007. Later, they joined PRRI, where they held various roles, including Head of Global Accounts & Director, Medical Education and Meetings, from 2009 to 2020. EJ then moved on to edX as Director of Enterprise Accounts and Customer Success from 2020 to 2023. Currently, EJ Weldon serves as the Director of Customer Experience at CENTEGIX since 2023, and is also a member of the Customer Success Collective.

EJ Weldon holds a Bachelor's Degree from Columbia University. They also have a Master of Education in Organizational Leadership from Van Loan School at Endicott College, and a Certificate in Management from Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst. Additionally, EJ has obtained multiple certifications, including Agile Leadership Principles from the University of Maryland and various certifications in Customer Success Management and other related fields.
