Himanshu Bhalla

Himanshu Bhalla is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and management. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Operations at Centelli since September 2018, Himanshu oversees critical business functions and client engagement. Prior to this role, Himanshu worked at eClerx from March 2012 to August 2018, progressively advancing through roles including Senior Process Manager and Associate Process Manager, where responsibilities included managing large service delivery portfolios, client communication, and ensuring compliance with performance metrics. Early career experience includes an internship as a BD Manager at Monga Realtors in 2011. Himanshu holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Sadhana Centre for Management and Leadership Development and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from DAV College Chandigarh.
