Art Sobczak

Art Sobczak is currently a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer at Centene Corporation, specializing in ServiceNow platform analytics. Previously, they served as a Product Lead for ServiceNow ITSM Performance Analytics and Reporting at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where they transformed the team's approach to a product-centric model and championed ITSM reporting demands. Art has also held various engineering roles, including an Electrical Engineering Co-op at Marathon Petroleum Company and an IRAD Co-op at L-3 Communications. They earned a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Cincinnati after completing a Computer Networking Technology program at Polaris Career Center.
