Bridget Bay is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in employee relations and human resources management. Currently serving as a Senior Employee Relations Partner at Centene Corporation since February 2015, Bridget has significant expertise in partnering with employees, ensuring compliance with HR laws, and facilitating training and development initiatives.
