Curtis Penn is a results-driven professional with a reputation for executing construction projects on time and within budget. With extensive experience as an architectural project manager, Curtis oversaw significant build-outs for major retailers including Bed Bath & Beyond, H&M, and Urban Brands. Currently serving as the Director of Capital Budget and Contract at NYC Health + Hospitals, Curtis has been instrumental in managing office space projects and adhering to client specifications. Curtis holds a Master of Divinity from New York Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from City University of New York City College.
