Dan Aiken is a seasoned Business and Technical Architect with extensive experience in manufacturing engineering and process optimization. They have led cross-functional teams in high-stakes projects, utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies to achieve significant efficiency improvements and cost reductions. Dan previously held positions at notable companies including Caterpillar Inc., Hussmann, and Young Innovations, where they developed innovative systems and processes that aligned with organizational goals. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Engineering Management at Washington University in St. Louis, building on their solid foundation in Ceramic Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
