David Allen

David Allen is currently pursuing a Master of Education in Counseling Psychology at West Texas A&M University. With extensive experience in the field, David served as the Director of Foster Care Operations and previously held the position of Senior Director of Training at Centene Corporation from 2018 to 2022. Their career also includes leadership roles such as Director of Children's Mental Health Services at Lubbock Regional MHMR Center and various training positions at Cenpatico between 2007 and 2012. Early in their career, David worked as a Behavioral Health Assessor/Counselor and later as a Children's In-Home Therapy Supervisor at Texas Panhandle Centers.
