Dawn Mason

Dawn Mason is a Senior Care Manager for the Health Home Program at Coordinated Care of Washington, Inc., where they support members with chronic health conditions. Previously, they held various roles including Director and Clinical Director at Safehaven Longview Washington, and Lead of Youth Services at Lifeline Connections. Dawn's early career included work as a CDP III at Sea Mar Community Health Center. They are currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Social Work at Walden University, building on a strong foundation that includes a Bachelor in Human Services from Kaplan University and an AAS in Chemical Dependency Studies from Lower Columbia College.
