Edward Harmon

Edward Harmon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Learning & Development at Centene Corporation since August 2018, Edward previously held the position of Director, HR Business Partner at the same company. Prior to Centene, Edward spent 14 years at Enterprise Fleet Management, Inc. as Corporate Human Resources Manager, where a key focus was creating a world-class sales, customer service, and leadership development organization. Edward's career at Enterprise Rent-A-Car spanned over a decade, with roles ranging from Group Recruiting Manager to Management Trainee, emphasizing talent acquisition and operational growth. Additionally, Edward has contributed to the Ronald McDonald House Charities of St. Louis as a Board Member and HR Committee Chair. Edward holds a degree from Denison University.
