Currently a Sr. UX Researcher at Centene Corporation, Erwin works on creating user experiences that improve healthcare outcomes. Previously, Erwin served as a Sr. UX Researcher at Najm Asia Inc and was also a User Researcher at TMS Co. Ltd, where innovative research contributed to significant improvements in product usability. Erwin holds a Master of Arts in Product Design from the University of Tehran, where they also completed a Bachelor of Arts in the same field.
