Frank Rinaldi

Frank Rinaldi has extensive legal experience, currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at Centene Corporation since July 2018. Prior roles include Senior Associate General Counsel at Fidelis Care NY from 2011 to July 2018, and Senior Employment & Litigation Counsel at the State of NY Metropolitan Transportation Authority from 2001 to 2011. Earlier in their career, Frank Rinaldi was an Associate at Alston & Bird LLP from 1997 to 2001 and served as Senior Assistant District Attorney at the Kings County District Attorneys Office from 1993 to 1997. Frank Rinaldi earned a BA in History and Psychology from Hobart and William Smith Colleges and attended St. John's University School of Law for legal education.
