Heather Breems

Heather Breems, LCSW, has a diverse background in social work with experience in multiple roles. Heather served as a School Social Worker at HealthPRO Heritage from November 2020 to February 2022 and has held positions as a Contract Social Worker at Adoption-Link and Sunny Ridge Family Center. In the earlier stages of Heather's career, experience included roles such as International Supervisor and Haiti Program Coordinator at Adoption-Link. Currently, Heather works as a Long Term Care Specialist at Centene Corporation since February 2022. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Social Work focused on Children and Families from Loyola University of Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from North Park University.
