Currently serving as the Senior Director of Provider Experience and Value-Based Care Strategy at Centene Corporation, James creates digital solutions to enhance provider performance and care quality. Previously, James held various leadership roles at Humana, where they advocated for providers through strategic initiatives, developed metrics, and fostered cross-functional collaborations. James is pursuing an M.B.A. and a Bachelor's degree from Indiana Wesleyan University and Indiana University Bloomington, respectively.
