Jan Rivers

Jan Rivers, MBA, SPHR, currently serves as a Franchise Owner at House of Colour since June 2022, where training includes professional color analysis and makeup application. With extensive experience in human resources, Jan has held various leadership positions at Centene Corporation from November 2014, including Senior Director and Director of Human Resources. Prior roles include HR Business Partner II and HR Advisor at Ochsner Health System, and HR Field Representative at Winn Dixie Stores, Inc. Jan's early career featured HR Generalist roles at Noland Health Services and AmSouth Bank. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Alabama and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of South Alabama.
