Jim Morgan is a former Business Continuity Executive, recently retired and currently pursuing opportunities to give back while enjoying watching the Chicago Cubs. They served as a Sr. Manager of Business Continuity at T-Mobile from 2009 to 2018, where they led enterprise-wide responses to significant events and improved business impact analysis processes. Currently, Jim holds a Sr. Manager position in Business Continuity at Centene Corporation, overseeing a comprehensive program for a Fortune 25 organization and successfully implementing pandemic response strategies. Prior to that, they were the Director of Business Continuity at Starbucks, where they directed responses to numerous crises and received the Orin Smith Award for their leadership following Hurricane Katrina. Jim earned a degree in Business Administration, Marketing from the University of Dayton.
