Karen Angerer

Karen Angerer is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in business systems analysis and program management, currently serving as a Senior Business Systems Analyst in ITSM ServiceNow Development & Integrations at Centene Corporation since June 2018. Karen has a strong background in establishing financial processes, driving continuous improvement strategies, and overseeing service design within ITIL frameworks. Prior to joining Centene Corporation, Karen held various roles at Monsanto Company, including Service Request Fulfillment Process Owner and ITSM Service Catalog Manager, where excellent skills in process design and service management were demonstrated. Karen's earlier career includes significant technical roles at BAE Systems, Inc., and Telos Corporation, underpinned by degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science, as well as a Master's in Information Management from Washington University in St. Louis.
