Kelli Weber

Kelli Weber, LCSW, currently serves as the Director of Clinical Operations at Centene Corporation, leading the Care Coordination team for Illinois' specialty managed care health plan for Youth in Care and Former Youth in Care since August 2022. With extensive experience in social work management and clinical programming, Kelli previously held various leadership roles at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago, where responsibilities included overseeing a team of over 50 social workers, developing health equity programs, and collaborating on policies for diversity and inclusion. Kelli's background includes significant clinical work in neonatal intensive care, private practice psychotherapy, and program development for vulnerable populations, complemented by extensive education in social work and healthcare administration from institutions such as DePaul University and Michigan State University.
