Lindsay Baker

Lindsay (Johnson) Baker is an accomplished senior HR leader with extensive experience in talent management and human resources across multiple industries. Currently serving as the VP of Talent Management at Centene Corporation since December 2021, Lindsay oversees a comprehensive talent management strategy. Prior to this role, Lindsay held various leadership positions including VP of Human Resources at Honeywell, where management of global HR for a key business unit was executed. Lindsay also served as Human Resources Director at Raytheon Technologies, leading HR integration efforts during a major merger and advancing talent practices at Collins Aerospace. Earlier career experiences include director roles at Bridgestone and HR positions at PepsiCo and Philips Lighting. Lindsay earned a BA in English and History from Northwestern University, complemented by a certificate in the Undergraduate Leadership Program.
