Previously, as Staff Vice President of Product Performance, Lindsey executed strategic initiatives for financial savings and operational improvements. With extensive experience in regulatory operations, Lindsey held senior positions at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, providing strategic counsel on the Affordable Care Act Marketplace. Additional roles include advisory positions at Avalere and research internships in global health and advocacy, underpinning a strong foundation in health policy and strategy. Lindsey holds a B.S. in Neurobiology from the University of Washington and an MPH in Global Health Policy from The George Washington University.
