With over twenty-five years of experience, Mark has previously held roles such as Head of Library Technology Services at Washington University in St. Louis and Systems Coordinator at Missouri Library Network Corporation, where they developed statewide training programs. Mark is dedicated to promoting open source software solutions, building robust systems, and fostering creative and accountable team environments. They hold a degree in Philosophy from The Ohio State University.
