Michelle Fitzpatrick

Michelle Fitzpatrick is a seasoned professional in regulatory operations with extensive experience at Centene Corporation since June 2013, holding positions from Director to Staff Vice President. In these roles, Michelle has been instrumental in overseeing state regulatory assessments, managing communications with state regulators and CMS, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for commercial products. Prior to Centene, Michelle served as an Associate at Sneckenberg, Thompson & Brody, LLP, gaining legal experience in insurance investigation and civil litigation while also managing office operations. Michelle began a legal career as a Law Clerk and has contributed to various legal and regulatory roles throughout academia and early career positions. Michelle holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Lawrence University.
