Mike Hoff is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and sales within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations - Medicaid Enrollment at Centene Corporation since September 2022, Mike previously held the position of Director of Sales Operations, Patient Experience, and Deployment at Quest Diagnostics from October 2018 to September 2022. Prior experience includes Vice President of Operations at Integra ServiceConnect, where initiatives focused on community-based member outreach and engagement, and leadership roles at Apria Healthcare, where Mike significantly expanded the Customer Care Center, and BVS Performance Systems, where a consultative sales approach was implemented for training solutions.
