Nancy Guzman

Nancy Guzman currently serves as the Manager of CAHPS & Stars Program at Clever Care Health Plan, a position held since January 2025. Prior experience includes roles at Centene Corporation, where Nancy began as a Practice Transformation Coach and advanced to Lead Practice Transformation Coach. Previous positions also include Patient Advocate at WellCare Health Plan, QI Specialist at Preferred IPA, Care Navigator at SynerMed, and Interdepartmental QI and UM Specialist at Care1st Health Plan. Early career experience includes serving as Unit Secretary at White Memorial Medical Center/Adventist Health. Nancy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Phoenix and has completed nursing education at Pacific College.
