Nicole Halcon is the Senior Manager of Performance Quality Improvement at SilverSummit Healthplan, having previously served as a Manager in Quality Improvement at Centene Corporation from 2021 to 2023. They also held several roles at Centene Corporation, including HEDIS Coordinator and Manager of HEDIS Operations. Earlier in their career, Nicole gained experience as a Provider Contract Specialist and Provider Network Administrator, and completed a Community Outreach Internship at the Burn Institute. Nicole is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Health Science with an emphasis in Public Health at San Diego State University.
