Paul Giger

Paul Giger, MD, MBA, is currently the Behavioral Health Medical Director for the West Coast at Centene Corporation. With extensive experience, Giger served as Medical Director of Behavioral Health at Providence Health Plan from 2020 to 2025, and previously held leadership roles including Co-Chair of the Behavioral Health Clinical Decision Team at Providence St. Joseph Health from 2015 to 2017. Giger completed a Psychiatry Residency at OHSU from 2000 to 2003 and holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Arizona, earned in 1997, along with a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology from the same institution. Giger also obtained an MBA in Health Care Administration from Oregon Health and Science University from 2018 to 2021.
