Paul Moreno

Paul Moreno is currently the VP of Network Development & Contracting at Centene Corporation, a position held since 2024. Previously, they served as VP of Network Strategy & Management at Centene Corporation-Envolve from 2019 to 2024, and held various leadership roles at organizations including Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota and PreferredOne. Paul was the Owner and Managing Director of Genesis LLC from 1999 to 2005 and has experience as a Senior Consultant at 3M Health Information Systems. They studied at the University of Minnesota between 1988 and 1992 and are currently pursuing further education at the University of St. Thomas.
